Time ago I had in mind change/add some voices like "alarm" or same, to advice team in danger near me, but idea fall into the oblivion...
This is why I use "hey you!!!" (F+6) many times... so if you hear this voice from me and we are in same faction, watch at your back!!!

Hey you is best used when you sneak up on someone (preferably an archer) and are just about to smack then on the back of the head with a battleaxe.
