i have  try dedicated warband server files  buy  when i use  run  dedicated_steam.exe      at all   it says     steam server insitalizion  failed  !
why ?
help me
i want run  my servers on Steam

I've heard that u must open some ports in ur router... if i remember correctly it is the 7240 UDP, starting port: 7240, ending port: 7240.

Anyway Steam has its own ports and the one related to Dedicated servers its TCP 27015, so i guess u must check if this port isn't blocked, or even maybe open it, though i've never created my own server.

Research on internet and check the steps one by one, good luck.

btw, about steam, much better...   why don't ask to them?, we don't manage servers in steam website/platform

ps: I invite you to post how you've solved it finally...  maybe you can help with this to others who could need it

use non crack 

start with dedicated_server.exe      not   dedicated_steam.exe

steam kind is not allowed by taleworlds developers

you just need to  use steamport too

so will shown there !

its just about selling cheap servers   on mount and blade

so where  is best section to do my Advertising ?
