Hi guys.

 

Is there an official rule for the server language. Today (17. February at 23:00 GMT+1) there were some turkish guys online constantly talking in turkish.

And since I understood few words I know there were just insulting other players constantly. So my question is if there is an official guideline on language?

Server Rules

1. Common Courtesy

This should sum up anything from racism, hatriot, name calling, rudeness, spam and whatever not.

Be kind to others and think before you type. There is no need to be hurtful or abusive to others.

This can be also applied on forum.

Punishments:

• 2 warnings/kicks
• Temporarily ban
• Forum restrictions

As far as i know there is no restriction for other languages, only english because is the language we all use and we all understand

I've started to learn some others languages, to have better way to communicate with people in the world, and I will be so glad to talk (or try at least) them in his native language (this will take a time ofc, but... all I need is time)

 

now seriously...

Servers haven't restrictions about language in chat (and won't have).

Like Elary said, we use english because is more common in the world, and a high % in server know it,

so this is better for we can understand between us online.

Aside this point, there are a thing named "courtesy"... probably some know about it, but probably others not,

or even maybe that someone (don't offend, I'm not generalizing) haven't had enough education to know and apply it in the world

one more: if you think/suspicious that other players are insulting in game online using "strange " language for you, only take some screenshot and post a complain about it, saying server, data time and name of bad guys, for we can read and translate logs... 

will be a pleasure for us to deal with them

 

ps: You think that his purpose they will never get it, if they do so only they him understand, so, why worry?

So what Remono ? I'm a Turk and i think i can play Turkish with other Turkish players. Should i talk English when we are talking between us ? Also there are too many guys who don't know any word of English. They are trying to play and having fun. Stop it please. Too many guys talking Russian did ever complain about it ? Some of them talking other languages which i don't understand. Can't you just try to be good with it ? We know each others for long time right ? I talked Turkish too many times but i defend you against Turkish players too if you remember. So please think a little bit wider. Have fun.

This post is not meant to offend you. The fact you had to defend me against other turkish speaker shows there are things not meant to be written in a server chat.

I appreciate your effort and wish you a lot of fun too.
