I got a problem connecting, it's stuck at Validating serial nmbr then after a while "Unable to connect" pops up. 

Any problems with the server or?

I suppose you mean at siege, but add some more info pls:

• can say us full name of server? (supposing also: because maybe you are trying to connect other/fake)
• data time?

Hello, sorry for the late answer, but I've been busy as hell.

 

yes, servername is **Mountandsiege**. I do have a legit game, bought it from steam so I should be very surprised if it wouldnt be legit.

data time... I mean hour/s when you've tried to join, but by sure it isn't important thing, so... forget it

 

our server/s are ok, host is in Europe and we have players joining/playing from America or Asia, for example, without problems

 

more info that you can give us:

• do you have same problems to join still?
• do you have same problems if you try to join another server (not trollgame/s) in legit?
• what's your country from where you are trying to connect?

can you connect **TG_Arena** or duel or battle cuz if not, i think reinstalling neo gk would do it or reinstal mbw, if that doesnt work then idk

Well, I sometimes have the same problem while connecting and think it is a warband bug. Can usually connect after refreshing few times / or when I restart the game
