My settings are:

Antialiasing: 8x

Shadow Quality: Ultra High

Texture Detail:100%

Shader Quality: High

HDR mode: High

Auto-exposure/Use Depth Effect/Use Instancing: Enabled

Grass Density:100%

Realistic Shadows on Plants: Full

Tree Detail: High

Tree Degrade Distance:100%

Character Detail:High

Character Shadow Detail: High

Number of Corpses: 150

Number of Rag Dolls: Unlimited

Blood Stains: On

Dynamic Lighting/Character Shadows/Environment Shadows/Particle Systems/Anisotropic Filtering/Fast Water Reflections: Enabled.

Expected performance:27%

That were the ingame settings

This are the configuration settings:

Hide Blood: Disabled

Render Method: DirectX 9

Force Vertical Sync.:Disabled

Load textures on demand:Disabled

Texture Detail: 100

Max frame Rate: 999

Screen resolution: Desktop (is a tv  60Ghz :D)

Force Single Threading: Enabled.

Use Pixel Shaders:Enabled

My first core is being used 80% the other 3 ~20%

This is my GC while playing MBW: http://s1016.photobu...html?sort=3&o=0

for some reason my CPU clock is running max.

Now my Question: Why is my expected performance 27%? 2 gb vram, i5 quadcore, 8gb ram......

wait don't move :D, I go paste it here for easy ;)

Sent Today, 01:13 PM

16.3 inches is my screen it says....... but that is my second screen I think.

30.8" I think.

Sent Today, 01:53 PM

16.3" is almost laptop size and is ok for this card, but 30.8" maybe tooo big, so you must accept suffering using this screen :D

add too even more, if you are using this 2 screens at same time with only one graphic card... omg!!! this is the cause,

again I'm not a expert, but I think that using card at 100% is not a big problem, the problem comes when the temperature in card is over +80/90º for long time (take this like an standard, but maximum degrees in temperature depends of card's model too), btw seems obvious that running at 100% may provoke that card's life will be reduced in time, but not sure at all

ps: as you can see I've moved this topic to proper place, and edit a little the tittle, hope is ok for you :)

What graphics card? How much FPS do you get in game? And why not disable "Rag dolls" and "Number of corpses", also reducing "Shadow Quality" and "Antialiasing" as all of these spend a lot of video memory. I think the problem is that your graphics card has 2GB of memory. Also what resolution are you playing on? More screens require more video memory and power.

Screen resolution has a great impact on fps. You can try reducing the resolution while keeping the same aspect ratio (you won't notice the difference cuz there's no stretching or stuff like that).

(example: my old laptop was 1366x768 native but I could run AC 4 black flag on 1280x720 without almost any quality loss and I got me some new juicy fps).

As in the ss: AMD Radeon R9 200 series, but not all my vram is used my Core Clock is being overused as seen in the ss

But then I will get blackbars around my game right?

No. What's your maximum resolution?

No. What's your maximum resolution?

Where to find that as I have never seen it somewhere?

It won't look pretty, but you won't get black bars around. My resolution is 1920x1080 so if I lower it(1600x900), it will have less pixels, but it will improve your performance. Also to find your resolution, right click on desktop and go to "Display settings" if you use win10, after that click on "Advanced display settings". Also I don't understand what the problem is, low FPS or that your core clock is high (which in not a problem)?

In my case, its almost same than performance says 93% or 223% (maximum).

Mine fps are always between 20~45 fps [its minimum having all settings at top (93% perf.) + server full players + big map] and ~45~60~80...  as maximum [low/medium settings (100%~223% perf.) + same than before]. I would like that game were optimized to avoid this crazy-fps-jumping-always :D but is too old and I see poor implemented in this thing, at least for MP.

By example, I have this range n~n in fps in same map during same round, depending where I'm looking for... if i'm looking for up (sky) fps go up, but if I look down at melees/fights/players/forest... fps goes down... logic thing for this game.

And Random, seems that you would need a small screen than this big 30" :hammer:  :D  and reduce resolution, or try to get a new better graphic card when be possible for you, since your model is in the lower segment for his series.

Read some useful info about your model card here (AMD): https://hitfilm.com/...gpu-model-names

Also you can/must try and check this (as others said to you above):

  • simply change your screen resolution in options ingame (online+inside a map to test it better) to something lower than actual, and you will see how fps goes up until double at least (aside than n% number in performance that remains same) :)

About to know your recommended or maximum resolution, check your's monitor/screen specifications at web, or looking for in PC for screen's settings (advanced settings) and you will see there the info.

I will do something with my resolution tomorrow though my tv says the resolution is: 1360x768.

Maybe if I remove mbw to my C: it will help too (is an SSD)

Win10 anti-beacon

Good to kill the spyware of win10 ;).

I also noted today that the performance share program of win10 took 30% of my CPU usage suddenly. Wasn't really happy about that, so I did this.

Search in win10 search bar "Services" then you get a list and search there for "Distributed Link Tracking Client" double click that. After that set the starttype to "disabled".
This should prevent windows.

Lols, you know that win10 takes 2gb ram on 4gb system and 3gb on 8gb system and so on? Btw you can easily put that processor to 100%, and if you have a game like battlefield 1 running and some shitty win10 process shows up and takes 10%+.....
