there's a mute feature in game, use it, let other people have banter

No, Umbuz cannot check the log. And Umbuz would mute you again in that context. You contributed to the racial statement of two other people by sarcastically approving it and generalized all Turks in the chat as people who wetdream about conquering Greece.

Yes. Might be. Some Arda-Turks manage to slip through. It's not easy when there are dozens of people online and the whole chat is "bul bul Turks", "bul bul Russians" and "bul bul Jews". But 4 mutes cleansed the chat from random bul bul. So it worked.

My suggeston is ban. There ia only couple players who are toxic and always talk about politic and racism.
Ban should learn them lesson.
They should be thankfull cus they were only muted.
