fiber kek. in israel 100mb is kind of a standard these days without any fiber. just optical network. they also build an improvement to 200.
is this 10mb standing for megabyte or megabit?

Tell me more... Romania's standard net speed is 100 Mb since 2007 and it cost then and up to now the equivalent of €6.5 / month in lei. You don't have to take my word for it: http://www.rcs-rds.r...t_fiberlink_100
They're kinda lying to you a lil' bit in that intro phrase tho. They say they'll bring you the latest technology on the market (and supposedly the best) which is FTTB but actually it's not. The best connection money can buy out there right now is the FTTH one. It has some very nice pings of 4-5 ms. But even with a standard fttb connection from them I was able to ping SoftLayers Amsterdam servers with 40 ping and that's like 3,000 km from me (imo Netherlands got the best quality servers that you can buy in Europe).

fiber, I mean optical fiber also above in what I wrote, and 10 Mb = 1Kb downloading to me (it was, now is only 0,5-0,6 Kb with 5 Mb I have)
shitty spanish-net yet and so much expensive, you have good luck with that infrastructure you have
