Hey, there seemed to be quite a bit of confusion regarding today's event. In the end, Claire and I had to join LGNs team because too few people showed up and there was basically no organization behind it. For the future, would you put me down as a secondary organizer or something? Because for the people that want to join the event, finding out on the same day that there's no leadership is a bit frustrating. Perhaps a secondary organizer/leader/whipper in charge would avoid the issue in case you suddenly have to go.

Can vouch for what it's worth that ramses would do a good job clear voice, good communication and knows what he's doing

Guys u need to talk with Omen,  i dont have much time this month. End of 1st quarter,  too busy in job.

 I will be available on April, till this time u need to organise urself if u still want to play this events (less and less players each week)

Yes sorry I was quite busy, we could manage a better organization to prevent some absences would compromise the partecipation to events.

So, a few questions:

 

1) Are we still using a sign-up system? If so, who is keeping it updated? Are players only allowed to join if they've signed up, or can they join as long as we have slots? If its not strictly necessary I suggest we simply remove it and let people join on a first come- first served basis. This will make organization easier and more straightforward for everyone. It will also encourage people to show up on time and not be late. 

 

2) Whats the easiest and quickest way to communicate to the rest of the TG Battalion? This forum? Steam friends? The steam group(If so I need admin)? Perhaps a Discord server I'm unaware of or something else? 

 

3) Do we have any second in command or similar if Omen either can't show, has to be afk or goes down? 

 

4) Is TS mandatory or just encouraged?

 

5) What kind of communication do we have with the other clan leaders during battle? 

 

6) (Added later) Do we need to sign up once more? Because last I checked, we were removed from the thread on the TW forums

Still no answer? I need you (Omen and Potato) to answer if you want me to help. Otherwise just give me admin of TG Battalion's steam group and I'll manage everything from there, you don't need to do anything else.

Maybe a bit later since organizers of these events aren't active in servers for long time   ...but don't lose hope
