Yes, there is when >50 players. 

 

And another stupid point is that limit is 5 horses per faction: if we have Swads then only 5 people from whole server population allowed (thanx to Kamby moron) play with Great Lance, others have to play Long Lance, or even middle lance and light horses if there is Nords, or shit horses if there is Sultanate

I haven't seen a soul complaining or heard from other admins anyone that do. Also it doesn't make much of a difference with or without the limit. Let's try it without the limit for the next month and we can observe the difference more clearly.

Or thing is that limiting cav is irrelevant poll that doesn't change anything in server, since there always been number of cav players that will fall into the limits without restricting anyone. In other words there never was a cavalry problem in first place

Yes there was, you’re play time isnt anywhere near high enough to get a full picture which is why your point is pretty shitty. There is a big map problem and that creates a big ass cavalry problem. Whenever you play you stay 20 minutes at fountain with your buddies protected and safe from any cavalry. You’re not the right person to give a good POV of the actual issues
